The eight types in this range differ in internal design, load direction, and application range. Deep groove ball bearings are the most versatile choice for combined loads and high speeds. Angular contact ball bearings excel when axial load is predominant or high axial stiffness is required. Self-aligning ball bearings tolerate angular misalignment without compromising performance. Thrust bearings are dedicated to purely axial loads. High-temperature and stainless-steel bearing versions cover the most demanding environmental conditions. JFK thrust ball bearings
Designed for pure axial loads in one direction. The separable design simplifies installation. Available with flat or spherical washers for applications with misalignment.
JFK high-temperature bearings
Designed to operate under extreme thermal conditions using heat-resistant materials, treatments, and specialized lubricants. Ideal for industrial furnaces, steel plants, dryers, and systems exposed to severe thermal stress.
JFK stainless steel bearings

Start by identifying the operating conditions
JFK ball bearings cover a wide range of applications: from purely radial loads to high axial loads, from applications involving misalignment to those requiring high speeds and low noise levels. Start with the operating condition that best describes your application.
Combined loads at high speeds
Deep groove ball bearings are the ideal solution: deep raceways, low internal friction, and availability in shielded or sealed, lifetime-lubricated versions. The most widely used choice for motors, pumps, and general-purpose applications.
Predominantly axial or bidirectional loads
When the axial load exceeds the radial load or acts in both directions, angular contact ball bearings are the solution. A 40° contact angle provides high axial load capacity, while paired mounting accommodates axial loads in both directions.
Alignment errors or shaft deflection
Self-aligning ball bearings compensate for angular misalignment without compromising performance, thanks to the spherical raceway on the outer ring. Among all rolling bearings, they feature the lowest internal friction. Available with a tapered bore for quick installation on the shaft. Extreme temperatures, moisture, food-processing environments, or chemically aggressive conditions
For temperatures up to +330°C, high-temperature bearings are the preferred choice. In humid, chemical, or food-processing environments, the AISI 316 stainless steel version provides corrosion resistance without compromising performance.
