Installation of stainless steel bearings

Stainless steel bearings are mounted with an interference fit on the shaft and a clearance fit in the housing (or vice versa, depending on the load conditions), following the same practice used for standard deep groove ball bearings. Shielded or sealed versions do not require washing and must not be exposed to temperatures exceeding the rated limits of the sealing materials.
