A complete range for every motion requirement
The seven product types in this range differ in design, presence or absence of an inner ring, axial guidance, and application field. NK/NKI needle roller bearings are the primary choice for high radial loads in limited spaces. Needle roller cages provide the most compact and cost-effective solution when the shaft and housing act as raceways. Drawn cup needle roller bearings combine a thin cross-section with simple mounting. The IR inner ring is designed for use with needle roller bearings without an inner ring, such as the NK series, providing the required running surface and allowing use on untreated shafts. Cam followers are ready-to-mount units for guide and cam applications. Support rollers complete the range for guide applications with or without axial guidance.
JFK K – KBK – KZK needle roller cages
The simplest design in the category: rollers retained only by the cage, without rings. They operate directly on the shaft and housing surfaces, which must be hardened and ground. The ideal solution for reducing space and costs in applications with minimal installation room.
JFK Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings
Stamped steel outer ring with integrated roller and cage assembly. Available open on both sides (HK) or closed on one side (BK) for end-of-shaft support. Supplied with lithium-based grease as standard, suitable for operating temperatures from –30°C to +110°C.
JFK IR inner rings
Separate inner ring for needle roller bearings without an inner ring. It eliminates the need for shaft hardening, simplifies maintenance, and improves seal efficiency. Available in larger widths for applications with high axial displacement.
JFK Combined needle roller bearings
Units integrating a radial needle roller cage and one or two axial cylindrical roller cages in a single component. Combined bearings support radial forces, bidirectional axial loads, and tilting moments. Available in screw-mounted and non-screw-mounted versions, pre-set with zero axial clearance.
JFK cam followers
Ready-to-mount · Quick fixing with hexagonal nut · Eccentric collar available Stud-type needle roller units with threaded stud, non-separable and ready to mount. Outer ring available with cylindrical or spherical outer surface. Three series are available: CF/KR with cage, CF_V/KRV full complement versions, and NUKR for very high radial loads, including shock loads.
Support rollers
Support rollers for guide, cam, and linear motion applications. Versions with axial guidance (NATR, NATV, NUTR) support axial forces caused by misalignment; versions without axial guidance (STO, RSTO, NA22) require external guiding surfaces. Limited radial space, high load capacity
When radial space is the primary constraint but load capacity cannot be compromised, NK/NKI needle roller bearings with inner ring are the ideal solution. The NK version operates directly on the shaft, while the NKI version includes an inner ring for use on untreated shafts.
Minimal space required, cost-effective solution
When space is the critical parameter and shaft and housing surfaces can be hardened and ground, needle roller cages offer the most compact and cost-effective solution available
Guide or cam systems
Cam followers are the ideal choice when a ready-to-mount unit is required for movement on guides or interaction with cams. The NUKR series is designed for very high radial loads, CF/KR for higher speeds, and CF_V/KRV for the maximum number of rolling elements. Simultaneous radial and axial loads
