WHAT IS ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
ISO 9001 is the international standard that guarantees the quality of products, services and systems to protect consumers.
What is the objective pursued? The continuous and constant optimization of the organizational structure and the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
The standards and guidelines were developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
This standard provides a process approach: every operation of the company is considered as a process. For this, a global map is created in which all the processes occurring within that particular reality are identified, their sequence, interconnection and interaction, and related inputs and outputs.
Following the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach, continuous improvement is aimed at through process planning, implementation, control, analysis and evaluation.
