JFK forks and related accessories, including threaded forks and clevis fork heads, are mechanical connection components designed to transmit static loads. The threaded fork is paired with clips and headed pins to connect to the mechanical assembly and transmit the load. All products are made of steel in accordance with DIN 71752, DIN 1434, and ISO 8140. Three components for every connection requirement
Forks, clips, and headed pins form a complete connection system. Each fork type has its corresponding pin or clip. The products are standardized and interchangeable within the system, allowing forks, clips, and pins of the same size to be freely combined. SELECTION GUIDE
How to assemble the fork + accessory system
The fork + accessory system is assembled by selecting the fork size suitable for the load and pin diameter, then pairing it with the corresponding clip or headed pin. All components are standardized and interchangeable within the same size.
Applications requiring frequent assembly and disassembly
The clip allows for a quick connection that can be fitted and removed easily. Suitable for applications where accessibility for maintenance is required. Applications involving significant static forces
